Hello everyone! Due to popular demand, we are doing a second cleanup on SATURDAY as we are celebrating #worldcleanupday in Qatar this weekend.

We are going to a beautiful beach in “The West”, in partnership with our friends from Albaladiya.

We have LIMITED SPACES, people MUST REGISTER.

We are still on C19 P4 so we need to be responsible and respect the maximum number of participants on a public gathering. This is a kid and family-friendly event.

DETAILS / WHAT TO BRING:
-Volunteers must have their own transportation
-Green Ehteraz, wearing a face mask, and social distancing are MANDATORY.
-Bring your QID or passport. Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
-Bring your own gloves. Bags will be provided.
-Dress PROPERLY: Be respectful of local culture. Shoulders covered, no small shorts. Long shorts or pants are preferred. Don’t forget sun protection.
-Bring your own food and drinks. Due to C19 sharing food is discouraged. It will be hot so bring enough water.
-There are NOT any toilets or facilities on site. There’s always a petrol station along the way.

HOW TO REGISTER:
-Please only confirm if you are certain you are coming.
-Send us a DM. Let us know how many people are coming with you.
-We will send you a confirmation message if there are enough spaces available.AGENDA:
-3:45 pm meet here: Location link will be sent on DM for those who register. The beach we are cleaning is 15-20 min south of Umm Bab.
-4:00 pm Cleanup activities begin.
-4:00-5:00 pm cleanup activities.
-5:00-6:00 pm social time, enjoy a clean beach and a beautiful sunset. People depart whenever they want.
-6:00 pm end of the event.

***Every participant/volunteer acknowledges that not DEAP, nor any of its volunteers is responsible for the actions, the consequences of these actions, and the well being of participants en route, during, and after the cleanup. All responsibility relies on each volunteer attending the cleanup.

Thank you and see you on Friday! Be safe, be good and let’s keep Qatar clean!
