Are you a resident of Qatar with a passion for photography and a love for Thailand? The Royal Thai Embassy in Doha is delighted to announce our captivating photo contest, “Extraordinary Escape in Thailand”. As one of the most sought-after travel destinations for Qatar’s explorers, they invite you to share your unique perspective and showcase the enchanting beauty of Thailand.

Theme: “Extraordinary Escape in Thailand”

Unleash your creativity and share the moments that took your breath away – from awe-inspiring natural landscapes to magnificent cultural treasures. Let your photos tell the story of your remarkable journey.

Your talent could earn you more than just admiration – their esteemed panel of judges will select the most artistic, creative, and unique photographs to win fabulous prizes.

Guidelines:

• Contest open to all nationals with resident permits in Qatar (except for Thai nationals).
• Photo should be in JPG format only with a minimum resolution of 3 MP (2048 x 1536 pixels).
• Each contestant may submit up to 2 photos, each accompanied by an English description of no more than 5 lines (submit with the name of the owner of the work and the name of the photo, e.g., “Name_Photo Title”
• Winners will be notified via email by 17 September 2023.

Prizes:

• 1st prize - QR 400 voucher to savor the flavors of Thailand at a Thai restaurant in Doha.
• 1st runner-up prize - QR 300 voucher for an exquisite Thai dining experience.
• 2nd runner-up prize - QR 200 voucher to tantalize your taste buds with Thai cuisine.
