Power of Purity Meditation (POP) - guided Meditation
Through the release of accumulated negative emotions and blockages, this meditation brings about feelings of calmness and positivity. It focuses on gratitude, self-acceptance and a sense of inner peace. Practising this meditation regularly brings increased stability and better mental health. POP is much more than a meditation. It is more like a simple yet very effective process of inner cleansing. A person feels so much lighter and more peaceful after the meditation.

What is Conscious Dancing?

Conscious Dancing is a form of meditation through dance. It is a highly effective method that is fun, and relaxing while we benefit through letting go of inner blockages and emotional weight. It helps you overcome your deep-seated insecurities, align yourself to your truth, let go of stress and fears, and experience true freedom. All while having lots of fun in the process! Eyes are closed during the process and full focus is within. The dancer dissolves into the dance. Dancer and dance become ONE. It is suitable for all age groups or fitness levels and no prior experience in dancing is required. It is an unstructured dance and free flow.

Please note:

• Arrive 10 mins early.
• Wear comfortable clothing.
• Bare feet and bring a pair of socks.
• Switch off your mobile phones or put on silent mode before the start of the program.
• Bring your yoga mat (if you have one) or a cushion for Day 1 of the program, for comfortable seating/lying on the floor. The studio can offer some yoga mats for those who may not have them, however limited number is available.
• Water is available inside the studio, however, feel free to bring your own bottle.
• Temperature/AC in the studio is set to 21°C. If you feel this may be cold for you during Day 1 meditation, feel free to bring a blanket or extra clothing.
