A dance class that doubles as an excellent cardio workout.

• Every Sunday from 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm

• Location: Education City Clubhouse (registration capacity: 15-20)

Abs and Core Class (Ladies Only)

A class conducted by our fitness coach to ensure the participants build a strong core.

• Every Thursday 6:30 pm-7:30 pm (registration capacity: 15-20)

Circuit (Mixed)

Participants take rounds doing different exercises, completing a full circuit.

• Every Sunday from 4 pm - 5 pm (Mixed)

Full Body Workout (Mixed)

These workouts can be effective for individuals looking to improve overall strength, muscle tone, and cardiovascular health.

Tabata

Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) method that involves performing exercises in short bursts of intense activity followed by brief periods of rest. Note: Timings Might Change based on the demand.
