||ABOUT THE WORKSHOP||

An experiential session that will allow for the expression of your personal story through art. We will focus on the process of creating rather than the product to allow for authentic expression of our innermost feelings, and the discovery of different aspects of ourselves.
You will
- work with a range of materials (crayons, paints, pastels, pens)
- create from mess/ things you would otherwise throw away
- make something unique & personal to you
- enjoy the process of creating

Karunya is a multi-disciplinary artist. As a performer, artist, writer, dancer and expressive arts therapist her work is deeply rooted in her belief in the power of the arts as a tool for healing, expression, transformation and engaging with ourselves more deeply and authentically.
