Set in a fun and immersive environment, each session is a heart-pounding, nail-biting experience that tests your wits and teamwork. Your success will hinge on critical thinking, creative collaboration, and clear communication.

Rules and Regulations:

• Your participation in the game is contingent upon your agreement to comply with these terms and conditions.
• Safety is our top priority. All participants must follow the instructions of the game master at all times, and must not engage in any behavior that may cause harm to themselves, other participants, or the facility. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please inform the game master before beginning the game.
• The game is designed to challenge you mentally, but it is not intended to be physically demanding. If at any point during the game you feel discomfort or are unable to continue for any reason, please notify the game master immediately.
• All props, puzzles, and clues used in the game are the property of the escape room facility, and must not be damaged, defaced, or removed. Participants who cause damage to any property will be held financially responsible for the repair or replacement of the damaged items.
• The game master is in charge of the game, and their decisions are final. Participants must not argue with or disrupt the game master during the game. Any participant who refuses to comply with the game master’s instructions may be removed from the game without refund.
• The game has a limited time frame, which will be clearly stated before the game begins. If the game is not completed within the allotted time frame, the game will end and participants will not be able to continue. Participants must vacate the facility promptly at the conclusion of the game.
• Participants will be monitored throughout the game using audio and video equipment for security and safety purposes. The escape room facility reserves the right to use any recorded footage for promotional or training purposes.
• The escape room facility reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms and conditions or who behaves inappropriately during the game. In the event of a disruptive or unsafe participant, the game master may terminate the game immediately without refund.
• By participating in the game, participants agree to hold harmless and release from liability the escape room facility, its owners, employees, and agents for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the game, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
• Confidentiality: Participants must not disclose any information about the game, its puzzles, or its solutions to anyone who has not yet participated in the game. This includes sharing information with other participants who have not yet played the game, or posting information online or on social media. The escape room facility may pursue legal action against participants who violate this confidentiality agreement.
• Age Restrictions: Participants must be at least 16 years old to participate in the game without adult supervision. Participants who are under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for their safety and behavior during the game.
• Personal Belongings: Participants must leave all personal belongings outside of the game room, including phones, cameras, bags, and jackets. The escape room facility is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
• Photography and Recording: Photography and recording of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the game room. This includes taking pictures or videos of puzzles, clues, or any other part of the game. Any participant found taking pictures or videos may be immediately removed from the game without refund.
• Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency during the game, the game master will take appropriate action to ensure the safety of the participant. The escape room facility is not responsible for any medical expenses that may be incurred as a result of a medical emergency.
• Refund Policy: Participants who cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled game time will be eligible for a full refund. Participants who cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled game time, or who fail to show up for their reserved game time, will not be eligible for a refund.
• Limitation of Liability: Participants understand and acknowledge that participation in the game involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, mental stress, and potential injury. Participants assume all risks associated with participation in the game, and agree to hold harmless and release from liability the escape room facility, its owners, employees, and agents for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during the game, except in the case of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. The escape room facility is not responsible for any death that may occur during the game. By signing below, participants acknowledge that they have read and understand the risks involved in participating in the game and agree to assume all such risks.

Tickets and registrations:

• Each game requires a minimum of 4 players and can accommodate up to 6 with an entry fee of QR50 per person.
• All players must be at least 16 years old.
• A maximum of 6 participants is allowed per session.
• Each session lasts 45 minutes.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a forfeited booking.
• Food and drinks are not allowed in Error 404.
• Photography and videography are strictly prohibited inside Error 404.
