This course is a fabulous opportunity to get to know dance from a completely different angle. Have you always struggled with repeating someone else’s steps? Or are you an experienced dancer who would like to get a fresh angle on dance? Or have you always wanted to dance but something has held you back?

Dance to Connect is about connecting to your inner dancer, to the grace and agility that live within all of us and bringing them out in movement. Whether you have danced for a long time or are only just discovering dance for yourself, this course will give you a fresh perspective on dance.

We will meet on four Saturdays for 90 minutes each, starting 3 Oct at 7:00 p.m.
