Third Line gallery, which recently opened an outlet in Doha, has lined up a series of exhibitions from this month to July.

The gallery, located at the Waqif Art Centre in Souq Waqif, showcases arts and crafts of select artists originating from or working in the Middle East.

The Third Line’s goal is to engage in a dialogue with and between the artists and people of the region and to serve a growing collector base, a spokesperson said.

The gallery is presently running a traditional calligraphy exhibition, entitled Sleepless Nights by Golnaz Fathi, which ends on June 22.

Another exhibition, called Gallery Artists, showcasing a variety of works from artists such as Abbas Akhavan, Amir Fallah, Ghadah al-Kandari, Hassan Hajjaj, Laleh Khorramian, Marwa Sahmarani, Monir Shahroudy, Farmanfarmaian, Neda Hadizadeh, Pouran Jinchi, Rana Begum and Shezad Dawood, would begin on June 28 and end on July 15.
