Workshop: Accessible Hospitality and Events

This workshop will introduce participants to the requirements of making hospitality venues – hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions – universally accessible to people of different cultures and linguistic backgrounds; and physical, cognitive and sensory abilities. This entails understanding users’ profiles, clarifying the venue's physical, structural and communication layers, identifying requirements and designing plans for action. The workshop will be delivered in English.
