Good morning all,

Tornadoes Tag Rugby club has now been up and running for over a year and has 70 children attending on a weekly basis. Tag Rugby is a great fun, Non-Contact sport suitable for both boys and girls. The sessions are aimed at developing and improving the children's levels of fitness, skills and co-ordination in a fun, safe and enjoyable environment.

Also for this term, Tornadoes will be running an Adult circuit training class on a Saturday evening between 5-6pm. The class will focus on improving peoples cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone and aim to burn a few calories in a fun environment.
