Conductor-composer James Shearman has been involved with more than 70 film scores. Now he is coming to Doha to conduct the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra at the closing event of the British Festival 2017, the Planets and other music from Britain. To cap off the evening, Dana Alfardan's latest composition will be given its world premiere.
