Katara - the Cultural Village is all set to host an array of fun-filled activities throughout the Eid al-Adha starting August 21, it was announced.

The festivity, which will take place at the Katara beach, is expected to draw a large number of families and children who will be spending the holidays in the country. Visitors will enjoy performances by the Police musical band, featuring patriotic music and the national anthem. Katara staff will also distribute Eid gifts to children, who also stand to benefit from a number of entertaining games and activities. The band will also perform a special musical show near the Katara amphitheater followed by a fireworks show, which will light up the sky over Katara.
