Sunset Kayaking Adventure in Mangrove Island

Events Details

We will set off in the cooler evenings and after an introduction, safety briefing and short paddling instruction paddle to the nearby island. We will break briefly on the deserted island beach and take some refreshments and then explore the island mangrove forest by kayak and see various nesting wading birds and sea-life. As the sun is setting we will paddle pack to the beach and enjoy the amazing sunset over the mangrove forest and desert.

The evening weather on the water is very pleasant and the trip is relaxing and suitable for all.

Please make sure you arrive 30 minutes before the tour/event is due to begin. We will meet in Al Meera parking Lot @ AlThakhira (full directions sent when you book). From there you will be escorted to the starting point on the beach .

( We offer transportation facility from Doha to meeting point – additionally 25 QR )

Open buffet BBQ's setup on the beach (Beef Kabab , shish tawook chicken , kofta kebab , rice , bread , salad , garlic sauce recipe , cola drink ) , it will cost 60 QR per person (Minimum 10 person)`

We advise you to bring the following: -

-Closed shoes or sandals that can get wet, it can be rocky in certain places.

-Comfortable clothes to wear for kayaking (light, loose fitting clothing is best), shorts and t-shirt work well. (Please try to be dressed following the rules of the country)

-Change of clothes for after the trip

- A towel

-Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat/cap
