A dynamic Shaolin Kung-Fu theatre group will entertain visitors to City Centre Doha (CCD) as they feature in CCD’s summer events from tomorrow until July 25.

This is the first time that a choreographed Shaolin Kung-Fu show is touring Qatar and it is expected to be a huge attraction for families at the City Center, especially the children.

The show will be a rare occasion for families to enjoy Kung-Fu action outside a movie theater and will give children an opportunity to understand that martial arts can be used to tell elaborate stories as well, hopefully inspiring them to learn martial arts without thinking of it solely as a means of self defence.

Having learnt that many of the shows by this particular troupe were sold out in its tours of North America, Australia and New Zealand, the City Center management decided they had to be the first to bring these remarkable performers to Qatar.

“This is a great show for all ages and is guaranteed to dazzle the audience. It is an opportunity for everyone in Qatar to witness this acclaimed act and participate in our summer festivities which we are hoping will be a major attraction in Qatar during the period,” said Majd Mashfej, Center Manager at the CCD.
