Qatar Professional Women’s Network has been active in Qatar since 2010 and our mission is to inspire women to engage in a professional, diverse and supportive network while expanding their skills and knowledge base.

The committee as a whole aim to meet every 4-6 weeks. Within the committee, they aim to have at minimum two people covering each role – to share the workload and to help make sure there is a smooth transition if someone can’t volunteer anymore. In a country like Qatar, with a regular turnover of people, this is more common than in most volunteer organizations.

So, each team co-leads its area of responsibility – whether it be planning events, designing and posting on social media, running the mentoring program, or planning a communication strategy while keeping up with all the incoming requests via email and social media.
