Plogging for a #PlasticFree Planet!‬

“Plogging” combines “jogging” with “plocka upp,” the Swedish phrase for “pick up.”

It’s as straightforward as it sounds: you jog, you pick up litter, you keep jogging. If you’re an outdoor runner or walker, you’ve likely noticed a lot of litter on the sidewalk, grass and forested areas. Not only does this activity allow you to get in your daily exercise, but you’re helping to clean up your route. This helps prevent litter from finding its way into our water systems, as well as cleaning up your route makes it a little nicer to look at.
