• Correlation of testing methods to strength power and explosive ability
• Advanced programming and periodisation including GVT, 5X5, 5, 3, 1, Density, Metcons, Power Lifting principles, Barbell Techniques, Field Condition, Phosphates, energy systems training, Sprinting & Speed Development.
