The Person-Centered Care Virtual Forum 2022 will be held from 9 to 10 September 2022 and is again being delivered by Hamad Medical Corporation in partnership with internationally renowned US-based healthcare consultants Planetree International.

As healthcare professionals, they are all, in their own way breaking barriers, whether that be personal, professional, or community-based. The theme of this year’s Forum is Breaking Healthcare Barriers. The focus of the forum is to determine and drill deep down into what it takes to break persistent barriers that stand in the way of everyone having access to safe and excellent care.

This forum will investigate the future and chart a more person-centered future that pushes the boundaries of how to define and deliver high-quality care, a superior patient experience, and an engaged healthcare workforce.

The 2022 Forum will have three tracks with a rich and fascinating program:

  • Beyond the Care Setting: Promoting Healthy Communities
  • Sharing is Caring: Growth, Inspiration, Innovation, and Beyond
  • Scoring Goals in 2022

With a mix of lectures, panel discussions, and patient stories, the Forum will host expert speakers from Planetree International, as well as international and national speakers from leading high-reliability organizations will be sharing best practices, lessons learned, innovations, and new methodologies in delivering a Person-Centered approach to healthcare.

They're inviting physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, students, medical residents, patients, care partners, and healthcare administrators – anyone who has an interest in the delivery of person-centered care – to register and virtually attend.

The organizing team is working hard to ensure this will be the most engaging and exciting Person-Centered Care Virtual Forum yet.
