Ms. Moira Dela Torre is a Filipino singer song writer is set to embark on her world tour concert in Doha, Qatar which features a live band together with Kyle Echarri "The voice kid's finalists and a cast of kadenang ginto", Norman "Boobay" Balbuena and Gil "Ate Guy" Morales.
