In Nadia Dada's cyanotypes workshop, participants will explore a 19th-century camera-less photographic technique, learning to create striking blueprints using sunlight. The workshop includes a process for tea toning prints to transform their color completely. Participants will work with negative images from actual photographs, exposing them to the sun to produce their prints. This hands-on experience provides a foundation for further experimentation, encourages documenting local plants, and offers an opportunity to engage deeply with a historical art form.
