Ladies Training Days at Losail International Circuit

Every TUESDAY, the Losail track will be open only for ladies to be able to exercise in one of the largest venues in Doha with privacy and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities. (until 13th June)

There will be available some bicycles and gear so ladies wouldn’t have to find ways to bring their personal cycles from home all the way and also, some special trainers will be available to provide yoga lessons, mini bootcamp, walking, jogging and other activities as well as a special allocated area for the children.

Qatar Cyclist Bike Rentals

A small rental fee will be charged starting from 7th March

QAR 35 for 1st hour

QAR 40 for 2nd hour

* Please note that introduction of Bike Hire fees is to utilize the bikes better and give more people change to ride

• 2 May - Ladies only

• 9 May - Ladies only

• 16 May - Ladies only

• 23 May - Ladies only

• 30 May - Ladies only - Timings from 20:30 to 00:00

JUNE

• 6 June - Ladies only - Timings from 20:30 to 00:00

• 13 June - Ladies only - Timings from 20:30 to 00:00

Time 17:00 - 20:30 - you can arrive any time before 20:00

RAMADAN TIMINGS : From 20:30 to 00:00

Registration: On the Day, Free of Charge - Please bring your QID along

You will be asked to complete a registration form and sign a waiver.

Activities: Cycle, walk, run or rollerblade around the track

Distance: The Track is 5,31km long and you can do as many laps as you like during the scheduled time

Security: There will be a abaya and bag check in station. No men will be allowed inside the track area. CCTV will only be monitored by female staff

Only boys under 9 years of age will be allowed inside the track

The organizers of the event are Qatar Sports for All Federation, Qatar Cyclists Centre, Losail Circuit Sports Club and Oola Sports.
