The conference aims to achieve the following principles: -

 Raise public awareness about the importance of dealing with

workers and labor systems.

 Contribute to the introduction of procedures and laws issued by

the government to protect worker’s rights.

 Encourage excellence through provision of moral and material

support to the exceptional initiatives aiming at creating healthy and

secure environment for the work force.

 To document the contributions made by institutions to

implement National Vision 2030, at the levels of labor rights and

development partners.

 Create sustainable projects to generate job opportunities and

sustain them.

 Open channels for dialogue between private, concerned

government entities and communities operating in the country.
