AS MANY as 250,000 people are expected to visit the eight-week Doha Summer Amusement Park which will be opened at the Doha Exhibitions Center on July 20.

It will be open from 3pm to midnight Saturday to Wednesday, and from 3pm to 1am on
Thursdays and Fridays.

Hours during the Holy Month of Ramadan will be from 8pm to 2am and during Eid Al Fitr from noon to 1am.

What is it exactly?

The summer festival will occupy 12,500 square metres at the Doha Exhibition Center, with 10,000 square metres of amusement rides and games.

There will also be a separate area for the electronic city where visitors can play video games.

To make the event fun for all attending families, restaurants, cafes, and shops will be set up throughout the duration of the festival.

This year’s Doha Summer Amusement Park will have the participation of a number of hotels in the city offering special package promos to attract more visitors to Qatar.
