Simon is the Director of Quality and Staff Development at Compass International School. He is a Times Educational Supplement "Subject genius" for science and contributed part of Professor Deborah Eyre's book "High Performance Learning". Simon has presented Growth Mindshop workshops throughout the world, including Dubai, Prague, Abu Dhabi and Houston.

The workshop aims to explain the concept of growth mindset and how the mindset can limit or positively stimulate a child's development. The workshop will also discuss the importance of a growth mindset to students, the role teachers and parents can play in developing this outlook and ways in which children can be encouraged to fulfil their potential.

This workshop is open to both parents and educators. Certificates of Attendance will be provided.
