Community Learning (Spring) by VCU Qatar

Events Details

This program is for individuals keen on art and design and who would like to learn more about these fields. They offer different disciplines of courses to fit various interests and skillsets. All courses are designed considering your busy schedule and they are offered by professional artists and designers.

NOTE: This program is scheduled to be offered on campus (and a few courses online). However, all courses may shift to an online format if government rules and regulations on the Covid-19 pandemic should change.

On-Campus Regulations:

• As a requirement for building entry and in-person instruction, all instructors and participants must provide either proof of vaccination or proof of a weekly negative Rapid Antigen Test.
• In order to avoid any conflict, all community courses are set to start at 5:30 pm or after, the VCUarts Qatar curriculum end at 5 pm.
• Participants will be instructed to arrive a maximum of 5 minutes before the course start time and leave immediately after the course ends.
• Social distancing and mask-wearing are mandatory at all times while in the building.
• All MOPH guidelines and building access protocols will be adhered to at all times by all participants upon entry and while inside the building, i.e. masks must be worn, Green Ehteraz, proof of vaccination or negative RAT must be presented.
• Rapid Antigen Test proof, temperature check, social distancing, entry, and exit points.
