In line with Qatar National Sports Day, Just Be Active will be hosting a Body-Weight Lifting Competition on the 12th of February within their very own GYM!

Details

Only partial details have been given for now, more details will be added to this post in the near future. Stay tuned.

- The competition will be held throughout the whole day starting from 10:00 AM.
- This is a male-only competition (due to the nature of the venue being male-only).
- You can ask the receptionist of the GYM where to sign in order to register for the event.
- To be a participant of this competition, you must be 18 or over.

Note: You do not need to be a member of the GYM in order to participate in this contest!

Tournament Specifics

- There are three exercises: The Squat, The Deadlift, and The Chestpress
- The participant will be weighed prior to the competition. The participant's weight is the weight that will be used in all of the exercises (see above)
- The winner will be determined based on the maximum amount of repetitions he can achieve with his body weight on all three exercises

Prizes

Just Be Active have only communicated that there will be Prizes and Gifts worth 30,000 QAR for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. No details of the gifts have been revealed yet.
