Beat Cancer Boot Camp Qatar is a one day program designed to create awareness on the early detection and prevention of cancer.

A variety of exercise activities such as cardio and strength workout, team building and other exercise styles will be conducted by a professional trainers in a fun and safe environment.

Cancer is one of the leading causes of death in the world, particularly in developing countries.

Around one third of cancer deaths are due to the 5 leading behavioural and dietary risks: high body mass index, low fruit and vegetable intake, lack of physical activity, tobacco use, alcohol use.

Cancer can be largely prevented through changes in our health diets and habit such as quitting smoke and encourage more regular exercises.
